STORY
Hollywoodboulevard was bought for 250.000 DKK at the Scandinavian Open Yearling Sale and was the first yearling purchase of 2019.
He is bred at York Stud, Denmark, by Zwicky Racing and Filip Zwicky Agency ApS.
HollywoodBoulevard ran twice at 2, finishing 4th both times including in the Scandinavian 2yo Championships at Øvrevoll.
His first two runs at 3 resulted in two second places including the Scandinavian 3yo Championships at Øvrevoll.
Since then he ran in the Swedish 2000 Guineas, Danish Derby Trial and The Danish Derby and most recently he finished 2nd in Jockeyklubbens Grand Prix, 3rd in The Breeders’ Trophy Classic at Bro Park and 2nd in The Breeders’ Prize Classic at Øvrevoll.
HollywoodBoulevard was 3rd on his reappearance at 4, followed up by a 5th place in The Danish Breeders’ Cup at Klampenborg and two wins at Øvrevoll.
His big aim during his 4yo campaign resulted in a 2nd place finish in the Breeders’ Trophy Mile at Bro Park in September.

Hollywoodboulevard is born in Denmark and represents the 2nd crop of G3 Anglesey Stakes winner Wilshire Boulevard (by Holy Roman Emperor).
He is out of Mariyca (by Daylami), a winner at 2 in Ireland for HH The Aga Khan and later the winner of Fawzia Stakes in Denmark.
Mariyca was also placed 4th in the Listed Coolmore Matchmaker Stakes in Sweden and she has previously produced dual winner Mariyna (by Mingun) who was 3rd in Skandinavisk Opdrætningsløb at 2, and Malekha (by Juniper Tree), winner of the 2020 Danish Oaks and 2021 Danish Breeders’ Cup as well as finishing 2nd in Danish St Leger and Sceptre Stakes and 3rd in the Danish Derby.
Hailing from a strong Aga Khan family, Hollywoodboulevard represents the same female line as G1 winners Masarika, Dank, Eagle Mountain and Sulk.
