Rulesof Love is bred in Ireland and born on April 14th 2021.

She belongs to the second crop of Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (Gr.1) winner Mendelssohn (Scat Daddy).

Mendelssohn (pictured) was trained at Ballydoyle by Aidan O’Brien and was a brilliant racehorse at both 2 and 3.

His win in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (Gr.1) was followed up by an 18 length triumf in the UAE Derby (Gr.2) at Meydan at 3, and later on he finished 2nd in The Travers Stakes (G1) at Saratoga.

Mendelssohn has had a great start to his stud career in America, siring the Grade 2 Jessamine Stakes winner Delight as well as multiple stakes placed horses with his first crop in 2022.

Rulesof Love is the 6th foal of the winning Arch mare Sigurwana, herself the winner of 3 previous winners and the sister to Dick Hern Fillies Stakes (L) winner Token Of Love.

Her 2nd dam Nyarhini (Fantastic Light) was placed 2nd in The Lupe Stakes (L) and Masaka Stakes (L) and is a half-sister to Coronation Stakes (Gr.1) winner Rebecca Sharp and to the dam of Champion 3yo colt and Derby Stakes (Gr.1) winner Golden Horn.
